Preheat oven to 475F-500F. Place FROZEN on parchment paper one inch apart. Bake until golden. Baking takes 10 to 25 minutes depending on your oven & empanada type. Open ones take less time to bake.
Of course you can! We recommend microwaving your empanada for 30-45 seconds
Empanadas can be stored for up to two months if kept frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once baked the empanada can be refrigerated for seven days. Empanadas can be reheated in a regular oven, though they taste best when served just baked.
